The P45 is a semi-automatic AISI304 stainless steel corking machine suitable for inserting straight 22-26mmm wide corks with a maximum length of 50mm, into glass bottles up to 14-3/4″ tall. Standard features include corker inert gas injection, hardened steel jaws, cork hopper for automatic loading of the cork, micro-switch for single-button operation and a base on wheels for out-of-the-way storage. Corking time is 1.8 seconds and operates on 220V single phase power.
The P45 is an electrically operated semi-automatic straight corker suitable for applying natural, synthetic and agglomerated corks.
Input pressure of inert gas should be set at app 9-10 psi.
