Dinamica Series Destemmers

Dinamica represents Mori Luigi’s next generation of professional destemmer/crushers. Dinamica is designed to achieve the best results by gently removing stems and jacks, reducing the quantity of MOG to a bare minimum and simplifying the dismantling process for cleaning. All models include a thick (10mm) PVC cage (except for the D250), inverter for variable speed operation, and stainless steel beater bar with fully adjustable food grade rubber beaters which rotate in the same direction as the PVC cage. Standard PVC cages include 24mm holes, but on request cages can have 19mm, 22mm or 24mm holes or a progressive hole pattern. Crushing units include fully adjustable food grade rubber rollers which can be opened completely or removed. Cleaning all models of Dinamica is effortless and requires no tools to dismantle, simply pull out the beater bar and slide out the cage to prepare for cleaning. All models of Dinamica can be used in manual or automatic selection lines.

Sizes range from the D60 (3-6 TPH) to the D250 (18-25 TPH).
