Next Generation Destemmers / Crushers

Dinamica is the latest generation of destemmers / crushers from Mori Luigi Co. The Dinamica line of machines range in size from 3 to 25 TPH and are designed to maintain the highest possible fruit integrity while extracting the maximum level of quality berries and simultaneously reducing MOG to a bare minimum.

The Dinamica line is designed and constructed so that dismantling for cleaning is effortless. Depending upon the model, extra thick PVC cages are available with uniform or progressive hole pattern with holes ranging in size from 19mm to 24mm. Dinamica destemmers / crushers can be mounted onto telescopic legs (and frame) in order to deliver crushed/desgemmed fruit directly into fermentation bins. 

• The Dinamica series of destemmers / crushers feature:
• Independent variable speed moor for distemper and independent motor for the crushing units.
• Food grade rubber crushing rollers that are easily adjustable and can be mounted beneath the distemper or at the end of the reception line.
• Stainless steel or 10mm thick PVC cages with uniform or progressive hole patterns.
• Optional telescopic legs and frame for delivering directly into bins for bin fermentation.
• Adjustable rubber beaters in both height and inclination.

Dinamica 60 

3-6 TPH with PVC cage, feed screw/beater shaft combo, adjustable rubber beaters, telescopic legs for adjustable discharge height and inverter. 

Options:  crushing unit with food-grade rollers, bin frame with telescopic legs, PVC cage with 19, 22, 24 or 28mm holes or progressive hole pattern with 19, 22, 24mm holes.

Dinamica 100

4-11 TPH with PVC cage, feed screw/beater shaft combo, adjustable rubber beaters, telescopic legs for adjustable discharge height and inverter. 

Options: crushing unit with food-grade rollers, screw hopper with mechanical speed variator, bin frame with telescopic legs, PVC cage with 19, 22, 24 or 287mm holes or progressive hole pattern with 19, 22 and 24mm holes.

Dinamica 150

8-15 TPH with screw hopper with mechanical speed variator  electronic speed 
variator for destemming speed adjustment (shaft and cage speed), telescopic legs for adjustable discharge height, rubber pads beater shaft, S/S cage with 24mm holes.

Options:  crushing unit with food grade rollers, PVC cage with 19, 22, 24 or 28 holes, or progressive hole pattern with 19, 22 and 24mm holes.
